The Account Manager – Northern India is responsible for managing and growing sales within the Northern and Western India markets by building strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires a deep understanding of the business culture, regulatory environment, and market trends in the region.
This position involves exceptional customer service, sales presentations, contract negotiations, and collaboration across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
✅ Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Northern & Western India.
Understand client needs and provide exceptional customer service and support.
✅ Business Development & Sales Strategy:
Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories, including new clients, verticals, and regions.
Work closely with the Regional Manager to develop and execute sales strategies.
Manage a sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates.
✅ Sales & Negotiation:
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts within company policies and guidelines.
✅ Market Analysis & Industry Insights:
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the Regional Manager.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand market presence.
✅ Collaboration & Customer Experience:
Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth post-sales experience for clients.
Support departments like operations and finance to enhance customer satisfaction.
✔️ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
✔️ Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in sales, with a focus on the Northern & Western/Southern India markets.
