Role Overview

As a Fraud Prevention Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and preventing fraudulent transactions while ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will proactively analyze and resolve fraud cases, balancing risk management with customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify fraudulent charges through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Respond to inbound calls from Card Members and take appropriate action on fraud cases.
  • Investigate and review fraud claims to decide whether to accept or reject them.
  • Conduct real-time fraud risk assessments at a transaction level.
  • Process point-of-sale (POS) approvals and merchant charge reversal requests.
  • Monitor fraud trends and suggest preventive measures.
  • Ensure compliance with fraud policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics related to quality, compliance, productivity, and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and navigation within a Windows environment.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
