Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify fraudulent transactions through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Handle fraud cases on inbound calls from Cardmembers.
  • Review and assess fraud claims to determine their validity.
  • Reduce credit and fraud risk while enabling secure transactions.
  • Conduct real-time risk assessments for transactions from Cardmembers and merchants.
  • Approve or decline POS transactions and charge reversals from retail merchants.
  • Resolve fraud-related cases within the empowerment limit.
  • Monitor fraud trends and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics related to quality, compliance, regulations, and productivity.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a contact center/customer service role
  • Skills Required:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
    • Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, metric-driven setting.
    • Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment).
