Role Overview
As a Fraud Analyst in the Project Fraud Gate team, you will proactively identify and investigate potentially fraudulent activity. You’ll engage with cardmembers and merchants to assess risk, resolve cases, and ensure a secure and seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
-
Proactively identify fraudulent charges via inbound and outbound calls
-
Handle fraud claims by assessing and accepting/rejecting based on investigation
-
Conduct real-time credit and fraud risk assessments at the transaction level
-
Process POS approvals and charge reversal requests from merchants
-
Monitor fraud trends and recommend preventive or corrective measures
-
Ensure resolution of cases within assigned empowerment limits
-
Meet or exceed metrics in quality, compliance, productivity, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
-
Graduate/Postgraduate degree
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact center or similar customer service environment
-
Strong verbal communication skills
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail
-
Proficient in navigating a Windows-based, multitasking environment
-
Flexible and willing to work in a hybrid model and a 24/7 rotational shift environment
