Position: Accounts Manager (Female, CA/CMA Inter, 5-7 Years of Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare detailed journal entries and account analyses.
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
✅ Accounting Operations
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and fixed assets.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory tax returns (GST, Income Tax, TDS) as per Indian tax regulations.
✅ Budgeting & Forecasting
- Develop annual budgets aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor budget performance and provide strategic financial insights for retail operations, pricing, and store profitability.
✅ Compliance & Fraud Prevention
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial procedures to prevent fraud.
- Coordinate with tax advisors on complex tax matters.
✅ Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline financial operations.
- Produce timely and efficient month-end close and management reports.
Requirements:
???? Education: Master’s or CA/CMA Inter in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Preferred).
???? Experience:
- 5 to 7 years in accounting (with at least 3 years in a managerial role).
- Experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.
???? Skills:
✔ Proficiency in accounting software & data analytics.
✔ Strong team management and financial decision-making.
