About the Company:
Vividh Impex is the back-office operations arm of a U.S.-based organization. We provide support services including finance and accounting, specializing in delivering high-quality, time-sensitive outputs aligned with U.S. business hours. We are currently expanding our finance team and looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and reporting.

Lead and manage the accounts payable and receivable team—providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments.

Maintain compliance with GAAP, company policies, and relevant regulatory standards.

Work with procurement and finance teams to optimize vendor relationships and payment processes.
-
Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
-
Resolve invoice/payment discrepancies and monitor AP/AR ledger reconciliations.

Support financial audits and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Prepare and present accounts payable and receivable reports and dashboards.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics for AP/AR functions.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable, including 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP/AR processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-
Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
-
Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and work under pressure.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance including tax reporting and vendor documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Experience with financial reporting and advanced analysis tools
