Job Title: Assistant Manager – Accounts

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Work Location: In person (with Work From Home benefits available)


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and subsidiary accounts in line with accounting standards.

  • Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.

  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.

  • Prepare financial reports and analysis using Excel and NetSuite for strategic decision-making.

  • Perform month-end closing and generate accurate financial statements.

  • Ensure accurate financial data entry and compliance with accounting policies.

  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory and policy adherence.

  • Map cost centers accurately with GL accounts for enhanced financial analysis.

  • Monitor and evaluate cost center performance, identify variances, and recommend improvements.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: CA Inter or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 5–6 years in accounting or a similar role.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    • Experience with NetSuite (preferred)

    • Familiarity with project management tools and travel booking software

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication

    • Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
