Job Description
We are looking for a Tally Customer Care Executive with expertise in Tally.ERP9 & Tally Prime to assist customers with their queries and customization requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Customer Communication: Interact with customers to understand and address Tally customization requirements.
✔ Follow-ups & Query Resolution: Ensure timely follow-ups to close inquiries efficiently.
✔ Product Presentations: Prepare presentations on Tally add-ons for customers.
✔ Documentation: Create user manuals in PDF & PowerPoint (PPT) format.
Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
✅ Experience:
- Total work experience: 1+ year (Preferred)
- Customer support experience: 1+ year (Preferred)
- Tally.ERP9 & Tally Prime expertise: 1+ year (Preferred)
✅ Languages: English & Hindi (Preferred)
