Job Type: Part-time | Contractual / Temporary | Freelance
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from home option available)
Salary: ₹2,000 - ₹10,000 per month
Shift & Schedule: Night shift | Flexible schedule
Contract Duration: 12-month agreement


Job Description

We are looking for a Tally Customer Care Executive with expertise in Tally.ERP9 & Tally Prime to assist customers with their queries and customization requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication: Interact with customers to understand and address Tally customization requirements.
Follow-ups & Query Resolution: Ensure timely follow-ups to close inquiries efficiently.
Product Presentations: Prepare presentations on Tally add-ons for customers.
Documentation: Create user manuals in PDF & PowerPoint (PPT) format.


Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Experience:

  • Total work experience: 1+ year (Preferred)
  • Customer support experience: 1+ year (Preferred)
  • Tally.ERP9 & Tally Prime expertise: 1+ year (Preferred)
    Languages: English & Hindi (Preferred)
