About BP & The Role:
BP is transitioning to an integrated energy company, and our Customers & Products (C&P) business is establishing a Business and Technology Centre (BTC) in Pune, India. This centre will enhance customer experience, drive innovation, and support global capabilities at scale by leveraging technology and deep expertise.
As a Process Expert (Finance ERP), you will be part of the Quantum ERP Transformation Programme, which aims to standardize and simplify business processes and ERP solutions across 79 countries. You will be instrumental in ensuring accurate process implementation, driving efficiencies, and supporting finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
???? ERP Process Development & Implementation

Define, standardize, and implement finance workflows and processes.

Work with project teams, stakeholders, and users to gather and assess business requirements.

Translate business needs into technology requirements and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Challenge the status quo to drive transformational improvements.
???? Strategic Change & Deployment Support
-
Identify key risks and challenges, developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transformation.

Contribute to Change Impact Assessments and readiness plans for successful ERP deployment.

Provide expert input on SAP systems and finance-related business processes.
-
Collaborate with Quantum Programme teams, technology architects, and SAP partners (Accenture, SAP).

Communicate effectively across geographies and cultures.

Influence and gain buy-in from key stakeholders and business users.

Work with C&P Finance ERP teams, process owners, global business customers, and SAP support teams.

University degree or equivalent business experience.

Extensive knowledge of C&P finance business processes.

Strong background in ERP transformation and deployment methodologies.
