We are currently seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team at Archirace Studio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating their creativity, technical skills, and ability to manage projects effectively. As an Experienced Interior Designer, you will collaborate with our talented team to deliver innovative and stylish interior solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements.
- Develop design concepts and presentations that reflect the clients' vision and align with project objectives.
- Create detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, furniture arrangements, and material selections.
-Presentation Design: Design and develop engaging PowerPoint presentations that align with client or organizational objectives. This includes creating custom templates, layouts, and graphics to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of each presentation.
-Strong skills in Photoshop, with the ability to create and edit high-quality graphics and images.
- Specify furnishings, fixtures, finishes, and equipment (FF&E) in accordance with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of design plans.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address any design issues, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree OR Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience working as an Interior Designer in a design firm or architectural practice.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects and design process.
