About the Role:
A3M Partners LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our fully remote team. This role will be responsible for providing monthly accounting services for various clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Accounting Tasks: Perform tasks such as bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.

Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.

Closing Processes: Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes for clients.

Invoice Management: Manage and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions.

Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather financial information and provide updates on their accounts.

Tax and Compliance: Assist in preparing tax returns and compliance reports as required.

Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and accurate records of all client financial data.

Collaboration: Work with senior accountants and management to ensure smooth client operations.

Ad-hoc Accounting Tasks: Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a client-facing role.

Experience working in a night shift (1 year required).

Experience working in an accounting firm (2 years required).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.

Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Environment: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
