Position Overview
The Maintenance Services Representative (MSR) will be engaged through an Employer of Record and will support Panasonic Avionics operations by performing full line maintenance of aircraft In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems.
You’ll be responsible for system troubleshooting, component replacement, and maintenance documentation—all while ensuring compliance with aviation standards, regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Aircraft & IFEC Systems Maintenance

Perform line maintenance and supervise non-certifying workers during transit checks.

Troubleshoot system failures (within authorization) down to Line Replaceable Units (LRU), cabling, or related systems.

Conduct component replacements, adjustments, and inspections using approved documentation.

Carry out Cabin Sweep, transit, and maintenance checks according to procedures and contracts.

Execute defect rectifications on airframe, engine, or systems following aviation documentation.

Interface with airline personnel and customers during service.

Certify work completed in compliance with Panasonic-issued authority and aviation regulations.

Maintain high standards for quality assurance and safety in accordance with Panasonic Avionics Corporation’s Safety Management System (SMS).
Administrative Duties

Complete Panasonic and airline-specific documentation, including data entry and record-keeping.

Assist in inventory management—packing, shipping, and cycle counting.

Adhere to housekeeping, health & safety, and equipment care protocols.

Perform additional related tasks as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
-
Experience in aircraft line maintenance or related technical services.

Proficient in troubleshooting IFEC systems, electronics, or avionics.

Familiar with aviation regulations and documentation practices.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to maintain high standards in safety, quality, and performance.
