Job Description
We are seeking a Google Sheet Automation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in automating tasks using Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and other Google tools. They will play a crucial role in developing KPI dashboards, Sales Reports, and MIS Reports to support business operations.
This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. If you have expertise in Google Apps, scripting, and data management, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
✔ MIS Report Development – Create and maintain MIS reports for Operations, CRM, and Sales to support business decisions.
✔ KPI & Sales Dashboards – Develop interactive dashboards for business performance tracking.
✔ Automated Reports & Email Alerts – Use Google Data Studio & Google Sheets to automate reports and send real-time insights via email.
Automation & Scripting
✔ Google Apps Script Development – Write backend code (JavaScript & HTML) to automate tasks within Google Sheets and Google Apps.
✔ Integration with External APIs – Automate data retrieval by connecting Google Sheets with APIs and other external data sources.
✔ Workflow Automation – Develop automated workflows integrating Google Sheets with Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.
Process Mapping & Optimization
✔ Flowchart Creation – Use Drawio.net to map business processes and workflows.
✔ G-Suite Automation – Optimize internal processes using Google’s automation tools.
CRM & Database Management
✔ CRM Support – Ensure data accuracy and resolve ERP system issues related to CRM.
✔ Database Management – Maintain and manage databases efficiently for data integrity and accessibility.
Qualifications & Skills
???? Experience: Minimum 3 years in Google Sheets automation, scripting, and reporting.
???? Proficiency in:
✔ Google Apps Script (JavaScript & HTML) for automation.
✔ Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) for creating dashboards.
✔ Drawio.net for process mapping & workflow visualization.
✔ Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets for advanced data handling.
✔ API Integration – Automating Google Sheets with external data sources.
✔ CRM & ERP Systems – Data validation & automation.
???? Strong Analytical Skills – Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
