Job Summary
We are looking for a Murex Testing professional with hands-on experience in Murex MX Test, ONYX, UNIX, SQL, and the Capital Markets domain. As part of our team, you will be responsible for executing automated test scripts, defect management, and collaborating with business and IT teams to ensure the smooth functioning of Murex systems. You will work in the BFSI domain with a focus on the Trade Lifecycle, especially in Fixed Income modules and instruments.
Key Responsibilities
- Testing Expertise: Conduct testing using Murex MX Test/ONYX, particularly in Murex 3.1.
- Automation Skills: Develop and execute automation test scripts using ONYX.
- SQL/Unix Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SQL and UNIX systems.
- Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations using MX Test, with at least 2-3 years of experience in this area.
- Capital Market Domain Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of Capital Markets, especially Fixed Income modules and instruments.
- Testing BFSI Domain Applications: Understand and test applications related to the BFSI domain and the trade lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business teams for test case reviews and IT teams for deployments and fixes.
- Defect Management: Document and articulate defects clearly, manage defect resolution processes, and track fix dates.
- DevOps Tools Experience: Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
- Test Suite Preparation: Prepare and execute automation test cases for Murex modules and releases.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the overall improvement of testing processes and automation techniques.
