My Cloud Crew is a Talent as a Service provider offering businesses remote access to specialized experts in digital marketing, paid ads, virtual assistance, financial control, and web development. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our client’s remote team.
Job Responsibilities

Cash Flow Management:
Monitor daily cash balances, forecast cash requirements, and ensure adequate liquidity for smooth operations. -
Financial Analysis:
Conduct variance analysis, identify financial trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making. -
Invoicing:
Manage the complete invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely billing. -
Bookkeeping:
Oversee daily financial transactions and maintain clean, up-to-date ledgers using Xero. -
Xero Expertise:
Utilize advanced Xero features for reconciliation, reporting, and automating accounting tasks. -
SOPs & Documentation:
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation for all financial processes. -
End-of-Month Reporting:
Prepare and deliver accurate month-end financial reports, including:-
Profit and Loss (P&L) Statements

Balance Sheets

Cash Flow Statements
