As a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive, you'll drive growth across the DACH region, leading customer acquisition and nurturing new business opportunities. This is a high-impact, strategic sales role within the booming composable DXP space.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build and nurture customer relationships through consultative selling.
Initiate conversations to understand business challenges and present tailored solutions.
Collaborate with BDRs and partner teams to develop new opportunities.
Use MEDDPICC methodology to qualify, manage, and close deals.
Lead contract negotiations with a win-win approach.
Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, engineering, and product teams to craft winning proposals.
Stay current on DXP trends, industry shifts, and competitors to position Contentstack uniquely.
Maintain updated CRM records and report key metrics, forecasts, and insights.
5+ years in quota-carrying Enterprise SaaS sales, focused on new business.
Proven track record exceeding sales quotas (> €1M).
Native German speaker, fluent in English.
Familiarity with DACH market dynamics and corporate ecosystems.
Strategic seller with a background in account mapping, pipeline generation, and partner co-selling.
Experience using MEDDPICC and working alongside BDR teams.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
Prior experience in content management systems or MACH architecture is a big plus.
Open to travel.
Base Salary: €105,000 – €120,000
Variable: Performance-based incentives and commission
