Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Udaipur/Remote
Shift Timings: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (US Shift)

Pay: Up to ₹70,000 per month

CRSP Connect is a rapidly growing Accounting Outsourcing firm based in New York (USA) and India. We provide services like Bookkeeping & Accounting, Payroll processing, Tax Preparation, Virtual CFO, and Offshore dedicated staffing services for small businesses, CPAs, EAs, and accounting firms in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Transactions: Manage all accounting transactions, including categorization, US payroll, and bank reconciliations.

Forecasting & Financial Statements: Prepare budget forecasts and publish financial statements on time.

Closings & Reconciliations: Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Tax Preparation: Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring timely bank payments.

Financial Reporting: Manage balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.

Audit & Data Confidentiality: Audit financial transactions and documents, and ensure confidentiality and secure database backups.

Compliance: Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Software Requirements:
-
Demonstrated experience with accounting software like Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Sage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in US accounting, with at least 1 year in US-specific processes.

Education: CA Inter, M.Com, CMA, or related accounting field.

Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
