Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong financial management skills, client communication abilities, and expertise in Tally ERP9. The ideal candidate will proactively manage invoicing, payments, and reconciliations while ensuring compliance with TDS and GST regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Client Communication – Engage with clients via email and calls for financial coordination.
✔ Invoicing & Billing – Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and include invoice numbers, due dates, and payment instructions.
✔ Payment Tracking – Record and verify incoming payments, reconcile transactions, and resolve discrepancies.
✔ Accounts Receivable Management – Maintain accurate records, monitor outstanding invoices, and follow up on overdue payments.
✔ Taxation & Compliance – Address TDS & GST-related queries and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
✔ Financial Reporting – Provide Sundry Debtors Aging Reports to the HOD on a weekly/monthly basis.
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
✅ Experience:
- 5 years in accounting (Required).
- 1 year in A/R Analysis (Preferred).
✅ Software Proficiency: Tally ERP9 and other accounting tools.
✅ Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills.
Work Location: In-person (Koregaon Park, Pune)
