Role: B2B - Enterprise Account Manager

In this role, reporting to the Regional Head – West, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our B2B business in Pune, focusing on Video Collaboration and Personal Workspace Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

???? End-Customer Engagement & Business Development
✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities, opening doors to new accounts.
✔ Manage relationships with existing customers, positioning the full range of Logitech B2B solutions for cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
✔ Engage with sales teams from Microsoft, Google, Zoom, and other alliance partners to develop and execute joint business plans.

???? Sales Strategy & Execution
✔ Own the business plan and execution strategy to achieve and exceed targets.
✔ Execute sales campaigns with cross-functional teams to win RFPs and increase wallet share within key accounts.
✔ Build relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers, understanding their business processes and aligning Logitech’s solutions to their needs.

???? Account & Pipeline Management
✔ Maintain an accurate sales funnel and healthy pipeline in the company CRM.
✔ Regularly track and report sales performance against set goals.

???? Product & Market Knowledge
✔ Develop thorough expertise in Logitech's B2B product lines and value propositions.
✔ Stay updated on industry trends and sales practices in Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC).

???? Collaboration & Leadership
✔ Work closely with internal stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams for effective business planning and execution.
✔ Participate in business meetings with partners and customers to review business opportunities and strategic plans.


Qualifications & Requirements

???? Education & Experience
Minimum 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, selling to large corporate clients.
At least 8 years of proven track record in Audio Visual, Video Collaboration, or UCC industries preferred.
MBA or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.

???? Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
✔ Strong business acumen with the ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
✔ Highly results-driven with a strong focus on prioritization and execution.
✔ Deep knowledge of Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) industry trends.
✔ Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
