Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced US Tax Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing Individual and Business Tax Returns, particularly Form 1040 and Form 1120, along with a solid background in US accounting and bookkeeping practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Tax Preparation: Prepare and file US Individual (Form 1040) and Business (Form 1120) tax returns.

Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax documents in compliance with IRS regulations.

Bookkeeping & Accounting: Perform bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Day-to-Day Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting processes for US-based clients.

Software Utilization: Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for accurate data management and reporting.

Client Communication: Communicate with clients regarding tax-related matters and documentation requirements.

Tax Updates: Stay updated with the latest US tax laws and compliance requirements.
Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a Tax Preparer for US Individual and Business Tax (1040, 1120).

Skills: Strong knowledge of US accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Independence: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Availability: Immediate availability to join the team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience with CPA Firms: Prior experience working with CPA firms or US-based clients.
