What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a strategic and dynamic Technical Account Manager (TAM) in EMEA to lead our global TAM team and drive customer success. This role is critical in ensuring our clients maximize the value of our solutions by fostering strong partnerships and delivering expert technical guidance.


What You’ll Do

Be a Trusted Advisor – Build strong client relationships, focusing on retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Technical Expertise – Maintain deep knowledge of our product offerings to help clients optimize their use of our services.
Proactive Issue Resolution – Manage escalations and resolve complex technical challenges effectively.
Process Optimization – Continuously improve TAM processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Pre-Sales & Solution Architecture – Support pre-sales efforts, assist with service agreements, and provide strategic insights.
Feedback Loop – Provide insights to inform product development and future enhancements.


What Excites Us About You

???? Experience:

  • 7-10 years in technical account management, customer success, or related fields.
  • Proven success managing large-scale enterprise customers.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and resolving complex technical issues.

???? Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

???? Technical Expertise:

  • Strong background in cloud platforms, content management, composable/MACH architecture, and software development.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.

???? Skills & Mindset:

  • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Process-driven with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Adaptable, energetic, and collaborative.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
