Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heavy equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to load and unload products.
- Transport goods within the warehouse, ensuring products are stored in designated areas and are ready for shipment.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure operational safety and compliance with all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and maintain operational efficiency.
- Follow safety guidelines and standards for handling heavy equipment and warehouse operations.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock rotation as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or warehouse issues promptly to management.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or heavy equipment handling is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and weekends, as needed.
Experience:
- At least 6 months of experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Prior experience in heavy equipment operation is a plus but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Experience with inventory management and product storage systems is advantageous.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position.
- Standard shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Flexibility is required based on the operational needs of the warehouse.
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet seasonal or operational demands.

- Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in a warehouse environment.
