Pay: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Schedule: Night Shift | Monday to Friday


About the Role

ProAssert is actively seeking an experienced Client Account Manager in the US IT Staffing Division to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving business development and managing key MSP client accounts within the North American staffing market.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts to expand our MSP client base in the US and Canada.

  • Conduct cold calling and client outreach to generate new business opportunities.

  • Manage key client accounts, build long-term relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Perform contractual evaluations, negotiations, and MSP engagement activities.

  • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn and other social media for lead generation.

  • Maintain excellent interpersonal communication with clients and internal teams.

  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to meet client expectations and project needs.

  • Handle multi-client assignments and deliver on targets with strong organizational skills.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in:

    • US Staffing Client Account Management

    • North American Tier 1 Client Acquisition

    • End-to-end Recruitment within North America

  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in US staffing

  • Must have prior experience working for US-based staffing companies

  • Proven success in acquiring and managing MSP accounts

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable working night shifts

  • Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection


Desired Skills

  • Strong understanding of the US IT Staffing market

  • Proficient in social selling (LinkedIn expertise is a plus)

  • Effective in contract negotiation and closing

  • High energy, result-oriented, and a strong team player

  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
