Role Overview:

We are looking for an Accounts and Operations Consultant to manage the accounting, banking, and operational requirements for assigned clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Banking & Transactions:

  • Process payments for suppliers and related parties.
  • Maintain bank-related documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Reconcile Statements of Accounts (SOA) with suppliers and customers.

Accounting & Compliance:

  • Maintain financial records by posting entries in Xero accounting software.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and post month-end/year-end entries (accruals, depreciation, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit Singapore GST returns (quarterly).
  • Generate financial reports for management review.

Auditing & Payroll Management:

  • Liaise with external auditors and respond to audit queries.
  • Process monthly payroll: pay register, payslips, disbursements, CPF returns.
  • Assist in filing IR21 and IR8A returns with IRAS.

Client Coordination:

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Prepare MIS reports as per client requirements.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • IPCC/CA Inter (6+ years) OR CA/ACCA qualified (2+ years).
  • Xero accounting software expertise (4+ years preferred).
  • Experience handling full-set accounts in F&B businesses is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.

Communication & Other Requirements:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent client communication.
  • Must be able to start immediately.

Work-from-Home Setup (Mandatory):

  • Laptop/PC: i5 or equivalent processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or above, antivirus installed.
  • Internet: Minimum 50 Mbps speed.
  • Power Supply: Uninterrupted power backup.
