Mandatory Skills: Business Change Consulting (OCM)
Experience Required: 8–10 years
As a Principal Consultant at Wipro, you’ll be a subject matter expert in consulting, with a strong grasp of client business landscapes. You’ll manage delivery of consulting solutions, lead teams, support business growth, and maintain high personal billability. Your work will include execution, thought leadership, business development, and internal practice contributions.
✅ Consulting Execution:
Lead consulting projects or workstreams with a focus on quality assurance
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients
Manage budgets and ensure compliance
Demonstrate flexibility, delivery focus, and leadership in solving client challenges
Coach and mentor teams while delivering exceptional value
✅ Business Development:
Identify and convert new leads and opportunities
Build strong client relationships and extend Wipro’s footprint
Lead proposal creation and contribute to RFP/RFI efforts
Engage with client stakeholders at decision-making levels
✅ Thought Leadership:
Develop and publish insights on industry and technology trends
Document case studies and leverage reusable knowledge assets
Contribute to creation of new service offerings and go-to-market strategies
Represent Wipro at client sessions and industry forums
✅ Practice Contribution:
Mentor junior consultants and reduce talent attrition
Drive collaboration across consulting and delivery teams
Ensure timely completion of internal administrative tasks
Create IP/assets and foster innovation within the practice
