Key Responsibilities

Appropriately guide and provide consultation to clients

Search and confirm travel reservations

Share industry-specific information (low fares, exchange penalties, etc.)

Perform timely follow-ups as committed to clients

Stay updated with travel supplier rules and policies
About You
