As an Early Careers Recruitment Consultant Intern, you will support the design and execution of recruitment strategies to attract, engage, pipeline, and onboard high-calibre early-career talent (interns, apprentices, graduates) in India across business, technology, science, and engineering disciplines.
???? Strategic & Analytical Functions
Recruitment Strategy: Assist in tailoring strategies to attract top early-career talent aligned with bp’s growth and workforce goals.
Data-Driven Insights: Help analyze key recruitment metrics and deliver performance reviews to inform continuous improvement.
???? Team & Process Management
Recruitment Lifecycle: Support full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring alignment with bp’s global talent model.
Tech Enablement: Utilize recruitment technology and software to streamline hiring workflows and promote efficiency.
???? External Engagement
University Relations: Aid in establishing partnerships with key universities and diversity-focused organizations.
Market Research: Stay informed on recruitment trends, candidate behaviour, and competitive benchmarks.
???? Diversity & Inclusion
DE&I Focus: Contribute to initiatives and strategies that drive diversity and future skills alignment within early careers pipelines.
???? Stakeholder Coordination
Internal Collaboration: Liaise with business leaders, hiring managers, and regional P&C teams.
Program Support: Assist with onboarding processes and candidate engagement initiatives.
???? Qualifications & Experience
Education: Higher secondary education or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
Experience: Ideally, 15+ years in early careers recruitment (graduate/intern/apprenticeship) within the Indian talent landscape.
Leadership: At least 2–3 years managing or mentoring recruitment teams.
Regional Expertise: Strong knowledge of India’s education ecosystem and employment markets.

Proficiency in project management, recruitment platforms, and data analysis.
