???? Key Responsibilities
As an Academic & Career Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students on their educational and professional journeys. Your core responsibilities will include:
???? Academic & Admissions Support

Academic Planning: Help students plan their academic roadmap, including course selection and extracurricular involvement.

University Admissions: Guide students through the application process — from shortlisting colleges to reviewing essays and preparing application materials.

Test Preparation: Provide resources and strategies for preparing standardized tests such as the SAT and ACT.
???? Career & Developmental Guidance

Career Counseling: Assist students in exploring and identifying suitable career paths aligned with their strengths and goals.

Scholarship & Financial Aid: Support students in discovering and applying for scholarships and financial assistance.

Personal Development: Offer mentorship on life skills like time management, study techniques, and leadership development.

Transition Support: Help students make smooth transitions from high school to college or from college to the workforce.
✅ Requirements & Skills
???? Educational Background

A degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (preferred).
???? Experience & Expertise

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (preferred).

Prior exposure to educational counseling or admissions advisory roles is highly desirable.

Excellent spoken and written communication.
