Key Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and manage inventory within the warehouse.
- Ensure materials are accurately stocked and products are properly labeled.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to efficiently manage inventory.
- Communicate with other team members and departments to coordinate the movement of goods within the facility.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure all items meet Amazon’s high standards.
- Assist with unloading and loading shipments to and from trucks and containers.
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to troubleshoot any inventory discrepancies or issues in stock management processes.
- Maintain safety standards and adhere to Amazon’s policies and procedures at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (training can be provided).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) safely.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Experience
