Client Relationship: Develop positive working relationships with Business Advisors and internal clients in the US, Europe, and Australia.
Data Collection: Work with line functions to collect or provide relevant data.
Client Support: Understand the delivery process and assist in services like login/password resets, initial testing of customized tools, etc.
Client Assistance: Support clients in reviewing, refining, and articulating inquiries, requests, and projects.
Project Delivery Support: Prepare project-related materials and custom tools used in project delivery.
Presentation Development: Prepare and deliver draft presentations for stakeholder surveys and process/functional benchmarking results.
Benchmarking Data Validation: Validate the changes identified in the scrub letter made by the client in the database.
Error-Free Delivery: Create structured, error-free end products such as presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
Ad-hoc Projects: Complete knowledge-building and business development projects as needed.
Tool Testing & Development: Provide input into product development based on tool testing.
Job Skills:
Customer Relationship Management: Experience in managing customer relationships with professional verbal and oral communication skills.
Data Analytics & Research: Knowledge of quantitative data analytics and research, with exposure to primary and secondary research.
Task Organization: Ability to stay organized and deliver tasks within defined deadlines.
Dynamic & Flexible: Must possess perseverance and the ability to adapt to changes.
