Your Role: Associate QA Consultant
As a QA Consultant, you'll be part of a high-impact team helping ensure the quality and success of our advanced AI solutions.
Responsibilities:

Participate in project meetings and contribute throughout the project lifecycle

Review requirements and identify testable areas
-
Create testing plans and write clear test scripts
-
Execute test cases and document issues and results
-
Log and track bugs in test management systems
-
Perform all testing phases: Functional, System, Integration, and UAT

Provide testing status updates and reports
-
Communicate closely with development and customer teams
-
Assist customers with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
-
Learn and work with new platforms, solutions, and testing tools
Qualifications:
-
1–2 years of Software QA experience
-
General understanding of the Salesforce platform
-
Salesforce Admin certification (a plus)
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or equivalent experience
