Role Overview

Graebel is seeking a Relocation Operations Consultant responsible for providing ticket query support to clients, including escalation support and reporting requests. The role involves ensuring that the client's program is executed in compliance with policy and Graebel's standards, promoting consistency and efficiency in operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Client Query Management

    • Answer general queries from internal clients, including monitoring inquiries.

    • Gather data and draft first-level exception requests for transferee exceptions.

    • Manage exception requests based on policy and escalate to relocation specialists when necessary.

  2. Data Audit and Accuracy

    • Conduct daily audits of offers to ensure data accuracy.

    • Ensure the correct relocation policy is tagged to support the correct process.

    • Partner with other teams to verify information.

  3. Vendor and Billing Support

    • Update vendor partners on missing information to ensure accurate billing.

  4. Process Documentation and Updates

    • Maintain and update process documents, including operational procedures, training materials, and presentations.

    • Ensure internal sites reflect any changes in relocation policy or processes.

  5. Client Relationship and Special Projects

    • Coordinate special projects such as client presentations and supplier training.

    • Maintain a relationship with clients through consultative problem-solving.

    • Access and review various mobility policies (e.g., immigration, tax, remote work) to advise on policy-related matters.

  6. Liaison and Case Management

    • Work as a liaison with the relocation partner for day-to-day case management and issue resolution.

    • Manage reorgs, data center incentive programs, and other special programs as needed.

  7. Other Duties

    • Perform any other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle complex client relationships and special projects.

  • Familiarity with relocation policies, data verification, and exception management.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience working with vendor partners and ensuring billing accuracy.

  • Ability to update and maintain operational procedures and process documentation.
