Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport company executives and employees to meetings, appointments, and events.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
- Plan routes to optimize time and fuel consumption.
- Ensure timely arrival at destinations and provide safe and secure travel for passengers.
- Follow all road safety and traffic regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Perform regular vehicle checks, including oil, tires, and fuel levels.
- Report any mechanical issues or damages to the vehicle to management promptly.
- Keep an accurate log of mileage, fuel consumption, and travel schedules.
- Assist with additional tasks as required, such as errands or deliveries.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism, ensuring high standards of corporate service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid and clean driving license (Category required by local regulations).
- Excellent driving skills with a strong understanding of road safety and traffic laws.
- Strong knowledge of the local geography of Chennai and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with executives and staff.

- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
