The Energy & Environment Advisory team provides strategic consulting solutions across sectors such as Power & Energy, Oil & Gas, Homes & Buildings, and Environment & Water. With a strong command over business strategy, domain expertise, and analytics, the team delivers actionable plans to support sustainability, growth, and transformation goals for its clients.
???? Role Summary
As a Consultant, you’ll take ownership of individual work modules or small teams (1–2 members), lead client-facing workstreams, structure critical analyses, and support business development through proposals and pitches. You’ll act as an internal role model and a trusted advisor to mid-level client stakeholders.

Manage the end-to-end execution of strategic consulting engagements

Lead design, planning, costing, and execution activities

Deliver tailored, insight-driven solutions in collaboration with global experts
???? Industry Engagement

Conduct in-depth primary research and strategic conversations with industry players

Leverage personal networks for market insights and thought leadership
???? Presentations & Insights

Translate research findings into compelling client presentations

Assist senior leaders with pitch and proposal development
???? Domain Expertise & Client Relations

Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor across client engagements

Manage stakeholder relationships, ensure high-quality outputs, and meet project deadlines
✅ Required Competencies
???? Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (mandatory)
-
Postgraduate qualification in Management (preferred from Tier-1 institutions)
???? Professional Experience
-
3–5 years in consulting or lead analyst roles at top firms or strategic roles in large energy/environment corporations
-
Familiarity with mega trends (AI, Big Data, Automation, etc.) and their industry implications
???? Skills

Strong project management and client relationship skills
-
Excellent communication (oral and written)

Experience mentoring and managing small teams

Advanced business development and proposal writing capabilities
???? Preferred Industry Experience
Experience or knowledge in at least one of the following sectors:
