Key Responsibilities
???? High-Tech Excellence & Analysis
- Conduct background verification using data visualization techniques to generate comprehensive reports.
- Interpret findings and provide insightful recommendations on potential risks and actionable solutions.
???? Client & Project Management
- Manage background verification client engagements, ensuring efficient project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering technically sound solutions tailored to client needs.
???? Industry & Compliance Expertise
- Stay updated on background verification trends, new technologies, regulations, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and background screening regulations.
???? Business Development & Leadership
- Support business development by contributing to proposal writing and presentations showcasing EY’s capabilities.
- Mentor and train junior professionals while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
✅ Experience: Minimum 5 years in investigations, due diligence, or background verification.
✅ Technical Proficiency:
- Strong research & analytical skills
- Expertise in data analysis, visualization tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using background check databases and investigative software
✅ Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technical information to both technical & non-technical audiences.
✅ Leadership & Mentoring: Capacity to lead teams, work independently, and mentor junior employees.
✅ Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Experience & Certifications
- Experience in pre-employment checks, executive screening, and international due diligence.
- Certifications in data analysis, investigations, or background screening are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
