Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Analytics & Data Enablement:
- Enable the team with analytical solutions to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Measure KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement metrics. Provide insights to optimize targeting strategies, messaging, and channel allocation for campaigns.
- Synthesize predictive insights into actionable business recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations, GTS, AI&D, etc.) to drive successful outcomes.
- Build analytical solutions that assist in making informed business decisions by leveraging customer behavior insights and financial acumen.
- Contribute to product launch forecasts by incorporating market research, competitive analysis, and marketing plans.
- Develop and implement frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, including KPIs, targets, and methodologies.
- Oversee the monitoring and reporting of performance against established goals.
- Identify performance gaps, analyze their root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Generate business insights using various predictive modeling techniques.
- Learn new technologies and their business implications quickly and effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and work streams.
- Strong storytelling skills to drive recommendations based on data analysis.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, actionable insights.
- Proactive, with the ability to influence others and drive results.
- Experience with gathering, organizing, and analyzing large datasets.
- Experience presenting ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (/R), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Plotly, Streamlit).
- Strong experience in Predictive/Prescriptive Modeling.
- High proficiency with presentation tools like Google Slides and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or related field.
