About the Role
As a CMI Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between Product, Marketing, and Sales, transforming data into actionable intelligence. Your insights will power real-time analytics, automate reporting, and optimize go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the business.
???? Key Focus Areas:
- Competitive & Market Intelligence: Benchmark competitors, analyze pricing trends, and monitor market dynamics.
- Customer Insights & Behavior: Segment customers, analyze feedback, and enhance user experience.
- Sales & GTM Support: Improve CRM analytics and sales strategies using data-driven insights.
- Product & Innovation Strategy: Track product adoption and market trends to inform product development.
- Performance Tracking: Automate reports on marketing, sales, and user engagement for better decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience: 4+ years in data analysis, with at least 3 years in Customer & Market Intelligence (CMI), Business Intelligence, or related fields.
✔ Technical Expertise: Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B technology industries (aviation industry experience is a plus).
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
✔ Language: Fluent in English (written & spoken).
