Hiring: Research Consultant – Family Planning (Remote, Part-time)
???? Location: Remote
???? Pay: ₹60,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month
???? Schedule: Part-time | 4–8 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Day Shift
???? Duration: 12 months (Possible extension)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Professional to lead feasibility scoping in the field of family planning. This consultant will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, ensuring adherence to study protocols, and supporting growth and diversification strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Study Development
✔ Develop and design research studies.
✔ Select appropriate data sources & literature for research.
✔ Create questionnaires & research sub-tasks.
✔ Lead survey sessions & data collection.
✔ Analyze, organize, and interpret research data.
Project & Team Oversight
✔ Oversee and manage research projects & research teams.
✔ Draft and finalize research reports for presentations.
✔ Identify areas of improvement in research design & implementation.
✔ Communicate findings to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement & Analysis
✔ Engage with healthcare professionals, community leaders, and government officials.
✔ Present findings via reports, meetings, and workshops.
✔ Conduct market mapping & analyze brand positioning, pricing, and customer segments.
✔ Facilitate brainstorming workshops to gather key data.
Methodology & Deliverables
✔ Use qualitative & quantitative research methods for accurate analysis.
✔ Share a detailed timetable with key milestones.
✔ Monitor compliance with IRB, FCRA, and other regulations.
✔ Compile assessment reports on FRHS India’s challenges, opportunities, and gaps.
✔ Review and create journal papers for publication.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Education:
???? Bachelor's/Master’s in Marketing, Business, Research, Healthcare, or related fields.
???? Certifications in Research, Data Analysis, or Healthcare Management are a plus.
✔ Work Experience:
???? Healthcare industry experience in research, market assessment, or business development.
???? Strong background in market research, competitive analysis, and customer surveys.
???? Expertise in data collection, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
???? Prior experience in healthcare regulations & compliance is a plus.
✔ Skills & Competencies:
???? Proficiency in statistical tools & data analysis.
???? Strong report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
???? Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks & industry trends.
???? Ability to work independently & collaboratively.
