The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Configuration Specialist to join our Configuration Team. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and the testing team to ensure that solutions meet customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves leading and contributing to the configuration of solutions for multiple customer projects and will give you the opportunity to interact with clients and work on large-scale projects.
What You’ll Do:

Design and Configure Solutions (40%): Design and configure appropriate solutions to meet clients' requirements.

Document Configuration Changes (10%): Implement and document configuration changes and data-mapping requirements.

Review Requirements (10%): Review customer requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with those needs.

Configure Client-Facing Solutions (20%): Troubleshoot errors, manipulate data, and perform transformations using new and familiar tools.

Client Presentations & Design Reviews (10%): Support and participate in client-facing presentations and design reviews to build strong relationships and ensure alignment.

Client Training & Implementation (10%): Participate in client training and other initiatives as part of the overall project deliverables.
What You Bring to Komodo Health:
-
3-5 years of experience in configuring and solutioning on Salesforce platforms with exposure to full project implementation lifecycles.

Strong ability to design scalable solutions to meet client business needs and perform system configuration.

Collaborative Experience: Experience working in a team environment, contributing to project goals and delivering results.

Documentation Skills: Experience authoring requirements, writing design documentation, and creating related project/system documentation.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proven experience with the lifecycle of complex enterprise projects, including requirements gathering, design, build, validation, and deployment.

Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented with a superior work ethic and ability to work independently.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
-
Salesforce Certification and consulting experience.

Life Sciences Experience, particularly in Pharmaceuticals.
