We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator Consultant to join our team and help further our mission through impactful digital engagement.
Job Responsibilities
[60%] Content Creation
-
Develop and curate engaging daily content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Threads.

Write compelling copy and video scripts aligned with MFA India's mission and brand voice.

Plan and manage monthly content calendars for consistent and timely posts.

Assist with basic WordPress updates and write blog posts that support campaigns.
[20%] Community Engagement, Monitoring & Reporting
-
Actively respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to build a positive community.

Engage with plant-based influencers and brands to boost visibility.
-
Monitor online conversations around MFA and related topics.
-
Analyze social media metrics and produce detailed weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

Use insights to optimize strategy and improve engagement.
[10%] Influencer Marketing
-
Identify and track influencers aligned with MFA's values.
-
Maintain influencer relationships to support MFA initiatives.

Stay updated on trends and integrate them into content strategies.
[10%] Email Marketing

Assist in designing and managing email campaigns using MailChimp or Pardot.

Write engaging content to grow and maintain the subscriber base.
Requirements
Experience:

Minimum 2 years in social media management, content creation, or related field.

Proven record of growing and engaging audiences online.
Skills:

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Proficient in major social platforms, content creation tools, and analytics.

Basic knowledge of email tools (MailChimp/Pardot) and WordPress.

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
