As a Customer Service Consultant (Non-Voice/Chat), you will be part of Telstra’s contact center team, providing exceptional support via:

???? Real-time chat
???? Messaging (SMS & email)
???? Phone calls (when required)

You will help customers with billing inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution across a variety of Telstra products and services.


???? Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Handle billing, account management, sales, order modifications, and complaints
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting Telstra products & services
  • Ensure accurate processing of customer requests & inquiries

Process Optimization & Collaboration

  • Use Telstra’s CRM & internal tools to manage customer interactions
  • Hand over complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Maintain high service standards while adhering to internal processes

Sales & Cross-Selling

  • Identify customer needs and recommend Telstra products/services
  • Align with upselling and cross-selling targets

Workplace Culture & Adaptability

  • Work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment
  • Adapt to a rotating roster (including weekends & night shifts)

???? 1-2 years of customer service experience
