Job Title: Customer Success Manager (Product Evangelist)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Job Type: Full-time
As a Product Evangelist, you will engage with potential and existing customers to ensure their business objectives are achieved by leveraging DataChannel’s product offerings. You will manage customer portfolios, ensure business growth, and improve the customer lifecycle experience.
Customer Engagement:
Develop deep expertise in DataChannel products and serve as a trusted advisor to customers.
Understand customers' business goals and align them with DataChannel’s product features.
Maintain customer relationships through the entire lifecycle, including product evaluation, subscription, and adoption.
Business Growth:
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Maximize customer value and contribute to product design and development.
Manage account retention and renewals, minimizing churn.
Customer Onboarding & Support:
Improve customer onboarding processes and provide product demonstrations.
Address and resolve customer requests and complaints effectively.
Keep customers updated on product changes and updates.
Customer Advocacy:
Encourage customer advocacy by collecting feedback through NPS surveys, external reviews, case studies, and referrals.
Gather and share customer feedback internally to improve the product and customer support practices.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success, client management, client engagement, or relationship management.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a B2B/SaaS company.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of data and business analytics, with a working knowledge of Databases and SQL.
Skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts and engage in meaningful conversations.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration involving diverse stakeholders.
Excellent customer service orientation and engagement skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating creativity and quick problem-solving.
Knowledge of customer success processes and the creation of relevant documentation.
Other Qualities:
Eagerness to learn and drive for results.
Multitasking abilities and independence in executing tasks.
