Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience:

    • 3 years of experience in solution engineering or technical consulting.

    • 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and coding in one or more programming languages.

    • Experience in building and deploying AI solutions in a customer service or support environment.

    • Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, or professional services.

    • Experience with Data/SQL and web technologies.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in technical product, cloud support, Quality Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.

  • Experience in using Google Ads or other online advertising solutions.

  • Experience in technical troubleshooting or customer support with a technology organization in a customer-facing role.

  • Experience in problem-solving to develop customer-focused solutions.

  • Knowledge of customer support needs with the ability to provide technical solutions.

  • Excellent empathy skills with the ability to own the experience and solutions.


About the Job:

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers across Google’s entire Ad products stack. The role involves providing customers with the best possible return on investment with Google through trusted partnerships, enabling them to get the most out of Ad and Publisher products. The job includes a range of services, from self-help and in-product support to providing complex technical and measurement solutions for business and marketing needs.

As part of gTech Ads, you will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve products and enhance client experience.


Responsibilities:

  • AI Use Cases Evaluation: Identify and evaluate AI use cases across all customer support functions.

  • Proof-of-Concepts: Conduct proof-of-concept projects to validate the feasibility and impact of proposed AI solutions.

  • AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions for customer support.

  • Scaling AI Solutions: Develop plans to scale successful AI solutions across the Ads customer support organization.

  • Collaboration: Work with partner teams to ensure seamless integration of models into existing support systems and workflows.

  • Automation and Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using AI.
