✅ Location: Cyber Hub, Gurugram, Haryana
✅ Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
✅ Pay: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable)
✅ Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekend availability)
✅ Shift: Fixed day shift (9:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
✅ Payroll: Candidate will be on the payroll of our company
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong data management, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure compliance with Flipkart’s listing policies and maintain product listings.
Key Responsibilities
???? Product Listing & Compliance: Identify and review non-listed/non-approved products across assigned categories on Flipkart.
???? Data Management: Maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings and pricing.
???? Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all products comply with Flipkart’s guidelines and category-specific policies.
???? Problem Resolution: Research and analyze reasons for non-listing, missing documentation, incorrect data, or policy violations.
???? Communication & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to resolve listing issues.
???? Policy Adherence: Stay updated with Flipkart’s latest policies to avoid compliance issues.
???? Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
???? Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
???? Experience:
- E-commerce Executive: Minimum 2 years experience (Required)
- MIS Executive: Minimum 2 years experience (Required)
???? Technical Skills: - Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools
- Basic understanding of Flipkart’s platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
???? Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
