Your Responsibilities

• Promotions & Sales:

  • Conceptualize and execute promotional campaigns for Triumph's e-commerce website and platforms like Myntra, Amazon, and Nykaa.
  • Drive sales performance and conduct market research on competition, product offerings, and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights and weekly reports to Category Director (CD).

• Customer Insights & Engagement:

  • Analyze customer shopping trends to support product selection and identify assortment gaps.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and resolving issues promptly.

• Marketing & Content Coordination:

  • Work closely with E-commerce Manager for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with Brand Manager for photoshoots, vendor management, and content design for e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop communication strategies in collaboration with designers and marketing teams.

• Analytics & Reporting:

  • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports, tracking key metrics like sell-through rates and promotional performance.
  • Conduct data analysis for consumer insights and sales forecasting.

• Brand Strategy & Innovation:

  • Review new trends and technologies to enhance the brand’s digital presence.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed across all platforms.

Your Ideal Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Ecommerce Marketing operations.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Amazon Campaigns, and Social Media Marketing.
• Hands-on experience in paid digital media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
