We are looking for highly motivated interns eager to gain hands-on experience in the luxury e-commerce industry. As an E-Commerce Intern, you will assist in managing our Shopify website, updating product listings, handling inventory, and ensuring smooth backend operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in e-commerce, digital retail, or operations management.
Key Responsibilities
???? E-Commerce & Website Management
✔ Assist in adding, updating, and managing product listings on Shopify.
✔ Ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
✔ Monitor website performance and report any technical issues.
✔ Research and recommend Shopify apps for better efficiency (e.g., product finders, automation tools).
???? Inventory & Stock Management
✔ Track product availability and update stock levels on the website.
✔ Coordinate stock replenishment with the supply chain team.
✔ Maintain Google Sheets for inventory tracking & SKU organization.
???? Operational Support
✔ Assist in order processing, tracking shipments, and maintaining records.
✔ Analyze website data (product performance, bestsellers, low stock alerts).
✔ Help manage discounts, promotions, and pricing strategies on Shopify.
???? Research & Competitive Analysis
✔ Conduct market research on competitor e-commerce strategies.
✔ Identify trends in beauty, fashion, and luxury e-commerce.
✔ Suggest improvements for UX, website design, and product positioning.
