Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Coordinator Intern to support our online sales operations. This hands-on role provides practical experience in managing e-commerce platforms, enhancing product visibility, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Product Management:

Upload and maintain accurate product listings on Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.

Ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images are up-to-date and SEO-friendly.

Monitor inventory levels to prevent discrepancies.

Perform quality checks to maintain high standards across all listings.
✅ Content Creation & Marketing Support:

Write engaging product descriptions optimized for search engines.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align product listings with promotional campaigns.

Use Canva and Photoshop to create product images and marketing materials.
✅ Data Analysis & Competitor Research:

Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

Use Google Sheets/MS Excel for data management and inventory tracking.

Utilize AI tools to streamline processes and improve productivity.
Requirements

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for data handling.

Experience with Canva and Photoshop for design tasks.
