Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager who will be responsible for handling marketplace operations and driving online sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listings: Manage listings on marketplaces like Nykaa, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, and Amazon.
- Warehouse Management: Knowledge of Prime and FBA warehousing.
- Pricing & Promotions: Conduct competitor price analysis and manage timely discount updates.
- Order & Stock Management: Oversee order processing and inventory updates.
- Marketplace Research: Analyze market trends to stay competitive.
- Content Management: Write product descriptions and collaborate with marketplace teams for problem resolution.
- Promotions: Participate in marketplace promotional activities.
- Data Updates: Maintain product data, specifications, images, pricing, and promotional activities.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare reports and assist with payment reconciliations with the accounts team.
- Sales Strategy: Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct weekly analysis of bestsellers, slow movers, and returns to enhance performance.
Requirements:
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong communication skills
- Sales analysis expertise
- Proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions and pivot tables)
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in e-commerce (Preferred)
