Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to manage a team of 6-8 members within our e-commerce division. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring business targets are met, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on e-commerce experience, and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced online retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Team Management:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of at least 6-8 members.
  • Monitor team performance, set clear goals, and ensure KPI achievement.
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to team members.

2) Operations Oversight:

  • Manage order processing, inventory updates, and product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.

3) Customer Service Supervision:

  • Oversee customer interactions to ensure quick and effective resolution of queries and complaints.
  • Maintain high service standards via email, chat, and phone.

4) Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
  • Prepare performance reports for management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

5) Process Improvement:

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
  • Implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

6) Training & Development:

  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members.
  • Keep the team updated on new products, processes, and platform updates.

7) Client & Brand Management:

  • Maintain regular communication with brands and clients for smooth operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business performance discussions.
  • Provide insights and strategies for marketplace expansion and growth.

8) Marketplace Coordination:

  • Collaborate with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other Indian marketplaces.
  • Work with marketplace representatives to boost sales, visibility, and performance.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement optimization strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations with team handling responsibilities.
✔ Proven leadership experience managing at least 6-8 team members.
✔ Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
✔ Experience with CRM systems (preferred but not required).
