Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Specialist to support pre-sales, handle ERP implementation, provide training, and offer post-sales support. This is a technical and customer-facing role with extensive training provided based on your capabilities.
Note: This is not a marketing or business development role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Sales Support

Assist the team with ERP pre-sales processes.

Attend customer meetings to gather ERP requirements and expectations.

Conduct online ERP demos (occasionally on-premise) alongside the marketing team.

Set up ERP trial systems and input sample data.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer resources.
2. ERP Implementation
-
Develop ERP implementation plans and schedules.
-
Provide data templates and clear instructions to customers.
-
Collect and verify customer data for accuracy and completeness.
-
Clean, format, and upload data to the ERP system.
-
Test ERP data for correctness and functionality.
-
Set up user access controls and configure PDF templates (HTML-based).
3. ERP Training

Design ERP training plans and schedules.

Create, edit, and improve training materials.

Deliver online and on-premise training to customer teams.

Provide comprehensive training for new recruits when required.
4. ERP Support

Offer post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Manage and resolve service requests in a timely manner.

Maintain and expand the solutions database with new implementations.

Monitor and update FAQs based on customer inquiries.
Requirements:

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Basic knowledge of HTML (for PDF template customization).
✅ Willingness to learn and adapt through extensive training.
